🌅 Morning Routine
Shower day! Get clean, get dressed, eat a good breakfast, and start your Friday right.
  • Take a shower
  • Get dressed in clean clothes
  • Eat breakfast in the kitchen
  • Charge iPad if needed
  • Brush teeth and hair

📖 Reading Time
A full hour of reading to kick off your day. Pick a book you're into and find a comfortable spot — couch, deck, or your favorite chair.

⌨️ Typing Practice + Math & Language
Start with 10 minutes of typing practice, then switch to Synthesis Math or Duolingo for the rest of the block.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
🔬 Science Exploration
Pick a science topic that interests you — space, animals, chemistry, weather — and explore it. Watch a short video, read an article, or try a simple experiment.

  • Write down or draw one cool thing you learned

🎵 GarageBand Time
Your Friday creative block! Open GarageBand and make some music. Build a beat, experiment with loops, or keep working on a song project.

  • Build or continue a music project
  • Try at least one new sound or loop
12:00 PM - 12:40 PM
🍽️ Lunch
Make yourself something to eat — sandwich, leftovers, or whatever sounds good. Eat in the kitchen or on the deck.

  • Clean up your dishes when done
12:45 PM - 1:45 PM
🎬 Documentary Time
Watch an educational documentary — nature, science, history, or anything that sparks your curiosity. A full hour to really dive into a topic.
  • Pick a documentary topic you're interested in
  • Watch and think about what you're learning
1:45 PM - 2:15 PM
✏️ Writing & Journaling
Spend some time writing. You could journal about your week, write a short story, describe your GarageBand project, or write about what you learned from the documentary.
  • Pick a writing topic or prompt
  • Write for at least 20 minutes
  • It's okay to draw pictures too
2:15 PM - 2:30 PM
🎒 Get Ready for Kids in Motion
Put on your shoes, grab your water bottle, and bring your Apple Watch to track steps. Mom is walking you today!
