Walk to the library, pick out a book, then sit and read there for a full uninterrupted hour before walking home.
  • Check in before leaving; Apple Watch charged and on your wrist
  • No phone or keys needed
  • Take 10–20 minutes to choose a book, then read it in the library for at least one hour
  • Walk straight home and be back by 4:20 PM
