π Morning Routine
Shower day! Get clean, get dressed in fresh clothes, and eat a solid breakfast. You'll be ready to roll when the day starts.

- Eat breakfast in the kitchen
- Charge iPad if needed
- Brush teeth and hair
π Reading Time
A full hour of reading to start your Friday. Grab a book you're enjoying and settle into a cozy spot β the couch, deck, or your favorite chair.

- Find a comfortable reading spot
- Read for the full hour
β¨οΈ Typing Practice + Math & Language
Start with 10 minutes of typing practice, then switch to Synthesis Math or Duolingo for the rest of the block.
- 10 min typing practice (typing.com or TypingClub)
- 20 min Synthesis Math or Duolingo
π¬ Science Exploration
Pick a science topic that grabs your attention β volcanoes, ocean life, electricity, the solar system β and dig in. Watch a short video, read an article, or try a hands-on experiment.
- Choose a topic you're curious about
- Watch a video or read about it
- Write down or draw one cool thing you learned
π΅ GarageBand Time
Your Friday creative block! Open GarageBand and make some music. Keep building on a project or start something brand new β beats, loops, recording, whatever inspires you.
- Open GarageBand on your iPad
- Build or continue a music project
- Try at least one new sound or loop
π½οΈ Lunch
Time to refuel! Make yourself something to eat β sandwich, leftovers, or whatever sounds good. Eat in the kitchen or on the deck.
- Eat at the table (not in front of a screen)
- Clean up your dishes when done
π¬ Documentary Time
Watch an educational documentary β nature, space, history, engineering, or anything that sparks your curiosity. A full hour to really explore a topic.
- Pick a documentary topic you're interested in
- Watch and think about what you're learning
βοΈ Writing & Journaling
Spend some time writing. Journal about your week, write a short story, describe your GarageBand project, or reflect on what you watched in the documentary.
- Pick a writing topic or prompt
- Write for at least 20 minutes
- It's okay to draw pictures too

Put on your shoes, grab your water bottle, and bring your Apple Watch to track steps. Mom is walking you today!
